Signature Mall
Signature Mall needed a high-fidelity ArchViz walkthrough and a set of key renders to clearly communicate the mall’s design, ambience, and spatial experience to stakeholders. I translated the base 3D model and plans into a realistic, cinematic visualization package with accurate materials, lighting, and human-scale staging.
Architecture Visualization

Project Overview
Client: Signature Mall (Commercial Retail Development)
Industry: Retail Real Estate, Commercial Architecture
Timeline: 6 weeks (2024)
My Role: ArchViz / 3D Visualization Lead (Lookdev, Lighting, Cameras, Rendering, Edit)
Signature Mall needed a high-fidelity walkthrough and a set of key renders to communicate the design intent and overall vibe of the space. I developed a cohesive visual language across interior and exterior shots, focusing on real-world material response, believable lighting, and camera movement that sells scale—so approvals, presentations, and leasing conversations could move faster.
What I delivered
2–3 minute walkthrough video (interiors + exterior establishing shots)
A curated shot list of hero angles (entrances, atrium, corridors, anchor zones)
Material + lighting lookdev for floors, walls, glazing, signage, and key fixtures
Post-production polish (timing, contrast, atmosphere, and presentation-ready exports)
Key focus areas
Realistic scale and lensing (to avoid the “miniature model” look)
Lighting continuity across shots (clean day ambience with controlled highlights)
Retail believability: clutter discipline, readable circulation, and premium finishes without visual noise
